Introducing Peek Protect – an exclusive product that offers booking protection for qualified products such as rentals.

Peek Protect is an additional product that provides booking protection for eligible products.

When you purchase Peek Protect, booking protection, you can cancel your booking for any reason 24 hours prior to the activity date and get 100% of the protected amount. A Peek Protect purchase covers all activities and rentals (before taxes and fees).

Just add Peek Protect to your booking when checking out.

Peek Protect is 100% optional for our customers. If you’re not interested in adding Peek Protect to your booking, then you can continue the checkout process without adding it.

Please read Sun-N-Fun’s standard cancellation policy below if you choose to decline Peek Protect.

What is Peek Protect?

Peek Protect is an additional product that customers can purchase that provides booking protection for eligible products (rentals, activities).

Once the customer has purchased an order with Peek Protect they can cancel their booking for any reason 24 hours prior to the activity date and get 100% of the protected amount.

Is Peek Protection Required

No. Peek Protect is 100% optional for customers. 

What can I expect if I purchase peek protect?

If purchased, customers will receive an email, along with your booking confirmation email, detailing your purchase of Peek Protect.

If you wish to cancel at any time within 24 hours of your rental activity, you must respond to the email with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

What items are eligible for Peek Protect?

A Peek Protect purchase covers all activities and rentals (before taxes and fees). Currently, Add-Ons and Bundles are not covered by Peek Protect.

Peek Protect Excludes: Memberships, $0 bookings, gift cards, resellers, add-ons/bundles, and deposits. 

Can I Cancel Anytime before the activity?

Customers can cancel their booking for any reason 24 hours prior to the start of their first experience.

If you have purchased multiple activities in their booking, Peek Protect will be enforced on the first date of your booking.

What should I do if I want to cancel and get a refund?

Please fill out the cancellation web form in the Peek Protect email. For any additional questions or concerns, contact Spot Support.

What is the cancelation policy if I decline peek protect?

If you cancel before 2 weeks of your booking date, you will receive 100% of your booking charge minus the $25 processing fee. Please call or email us to cancel your booking.

There are no exceptions for refunds of cancellations within 2 weeks of your booking date.
