Cancellations are not accepted for a Refund unless you add Rental Protection at checkout.
Please note that while we reserve the right to cancel rentals due to rare, unforeseen circumstances, such as unsafe weather or equipment issues, customer-initiated cancellations without Rental Protection will not be accommodated for a refund.
Store Credit (for future use) for cancellations can always be accommodated.
